Danny’s Perspective
At the dealership we rarely had direct contact with customers. That was the job of the service writers, who were paid on commission as were the parts department. It always bothered me that I could save someone time and money if I could do things the way I wanted and not always by the book or by the rules. I just wanted to do the right thing and sleep nights. When we started this business I did all the work personally. As we’ve grown, we’ve added additional staff that understands our business philosophy.

Adrienne’s Perspective
“I never understood what was done or why my vehicle needed so many repairs, let alone why it cost so much. After I was out of warranty (and yes I believed that you had to get work done at a dealer to keep the factory warranty valid) I went shopping for an alternative to the dealership. What I found was not impressive. I wanted to save money but I wanted a place that made me feel welcome, comfortable and secure that I wouldn’t be taken advantage of because I was a women. I have sense discovered that men feel the same way.”
